By having Estate Maintenance in-house, ZIQUR has the ability to recruit new employees or reassign staff to other locations when needed, rather than relying on an outsourced third party who places profits over quality.
The reporting capabilities of an in-house team tend to be more specific, less voluminous, and employees are incentivized to accurately report issues with meaningful, statistically valid reports.
