Allow the average person to build wealth by investing anywhere from USD $100 to $100,000 per property through highly sought-after real estate that is normally beyond their reach.

ZIQUR purchases real estate that has been vetted for its investment potential, or even develops a new project, and these can be residential or commercial.

Existing real estate purchased by ZIQUR from other developers or owners are for longer term investors who wish to receive consistent rental income from the properties, which ZIQUR fully manages.

New projects that are developed by ZIQUR will normally be sold off-plan and offer the crowdfund investors a quick payout should the project sell out fast.

Each individual piece of real estate is owned through an independent limited company, protecting the shareholders from personal liability, and divided up into shares to be purchased by investors.

Real estate purchased for rental purposes will generate quarterly income and their share’s worth of the appreciation when the property is sold. New projects developed by ZIQUR will generate a one-time payment when the properties are sold.

Real Estate Purchase Process

Consult Local Experts

Local Real Estate Brokers, Bankers, Tenants, Police, etc., will be consulted to accumulate thorough area knowledge.

Extensive Reporting

After being qualified, chosen land plots and/or real estate to purchase will be compiled into a report with a financial analysis.

Investment Committee

The extensive report with financial analysis will be submitted to the ZIQUR investment committee to review and either approve or deny.

For Investment

Developed properties or approved land plots will then be purchased and posted on ZIQUR’s website for investment.

Company Income Sources

Sourcing Fee

A one-time fee of 5% of the purchase price for securing real estate properties or development projects and preparing them for investment.

Property Management Fee

Charged at 8% of the rental income for the ongoing management of the real estate performed by the ZIQUR Estate Management team.

Annual Management Fee

An amount of 0.85% of the purchase price that is applied for the management of accounting, insurance, filing claims, taxes and loan payments.

Sales Commission

There is a 5% commission charged for real estate sales, and high profits earned from projects developed by ZIQUR Development.

Agent Rebates

Negotiated real estate fees are collected by ZIQUR Real Estate from the original property seller when a property is purchased.

Annual Advisory Fee

The 0.15% fee is for preparation of customer tax forms, distribution of their dividends, customer support, and reporting for customers.
